أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ أَبِي مَخْلَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا ذَرٍّ أَيُّ قِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَمَا سَأَلْتَنِي فَقَالَ «نِصْفُ اللَّيْلِ أَوْ جَوْفُ اللَّيْلِ»
