✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ rode a horse and was thrown from it, and his right side was scraped. Anas said: He prayed one of the prayers for us that day while seated, and we prayed behind him seated. Then, when he said the taslim, he said: “The imam is only appointed to be followed. So when the imam prays standing, then pray standing; when he bows, then bow; when he rises, then rise; when he prostrates, then prostrate; and when he says, ‘Allah hears the one who praises Him,’ then say, ‘Our Lord, and to You belongs praise.’ And when he prays seated, then pray seated, all of you.”
