✧ A chapter on the virtue of the congregation

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ فِي عَقِبِهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَقَدْ قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ وَمِنْ أَبِيهِ ثُمَّ سَاقَهُ

Translation

✧ Abū Khalīfah reported to us, in his immediate following: ʿAbd Allāh b. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Ḥajabī narrated to us, from Khālid b. al-Ḥārith, from Shuʿbah, from Abū Isḥāq, that he reported to them from ʿAbd Allāh b. Abī Baṣīr, from his father. Shuʿbah said: Abū Isḥāq said: I heard it from him and from his father. Then he narrated it.
