✧ The Obligation of Faith

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ وَرْدَانَ بِمِصْرَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى دِمَائِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ»

✧ The Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the believer is one whom people trust with their blood and wealth.
