✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delayed the Isha prayer one night. Umar b. al-Khattab came and said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, the prayer! The women and children have fallen asleep.’ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out with water dripping from his head, saying, ‘Were it not that I would make things difficult for the believers, I would have commanded them to pray this prayer at this time.’
