أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِبُسْتَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَلِيلُ بِنَسَا قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ

«أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَحْتَزُّ مِنْ عَرْقٍ يَأْكُلُ فَأَتَى الْمُؤَذِّنُ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَأَلْقَى الْعَرْقَ وَالسِّكِّينَ مِنْ يَدِهِ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»

✧ He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cutting from a bone with meat on it and eating. Then the muezzin came for prayer, so he threw down the bone and the knife from his hand and did not perform wudu'.
