وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ بِشْرَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ أَمَرَهُمْ بِالْقَضَاءِ
