أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ يَكْتُبُ إِلَى أُمَرَائِهِ: [أَنْ] [١]لَا تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُسَوِّفِينَ لِفِطْرِكُمْ [٢]، وَلَا تَنْتَظِرُوا بِصَلَاتِكُمُ اشْتِبَاكَ النُّجُومِ
