حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ: أَيُّمَا أَهْلِ قَرْيَةٍ لَيْسُوا بِأَهْلِ عَمُودٍ يَنْتَقِلُونَ، فَأَمِّرْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَمِيرًا يُجَمِّعُ بِهِمْ
