حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ ﴾قَالَ: حِينَ لَا يَأْمُرُونَ بِمَعْرُوفٍ، وَلَا يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ [١]
