حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
دَعَانِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فَسَأَلَنِي عَنِ الْقَسَامَةِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ قَدْ بَدَا لِي أَنْ أَرُدَّهَا، إِنَّ الْأَعْرَابِيَّ يَشْهَدُ وَالرَّجُلَ الْغَائِبَ يَجِيءُ فَيَشْهَدُ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، إِنَّكَ لَنْ تَسْتَطِيعَ رَدَّهَا، قَضَى بِهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَالْخُلَفَاءُ بَعْدَهُ
