حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ:
مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
