حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَقُولُ:
أَوَّلُ مَا نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ ﴿يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ قُلْ فِيهِمَا إِثْمٌ كَبِيرٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ ﴾
