كُنْتُ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَوْقَدَ فِي بَابِ تُسْتَرَ، وَرُمِيَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ فَصُرِعَ، فَلَمَّا فَتَحُوهَا وَأَخَذُوا السَّبْيَ أَمَّرَنِي عَلَى عَشَرَةٍ مِنْ قَوْمِي وَنَفَّلَنِي بِرَجُلٍ سِوَى سَهْمِي وَسَهْمِ فَرَسِي قَبْلَ الْغَنِيمَةِ
