✧ On the commander of a detachment ordering them to disobey; the one who said there is no obedience to him

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ قَالَ:
نَزَلَ مِعْضَدٌ إِلَى جَنْبِ شَجَرَةٍ فَقَالَ: مَا أُبَالِي أَطَعْتُ رَجُلًا فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ أَوْ سَجَدْتُ لِهَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ مِنْ دُونِ اللهِ
