حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ يُؤْخَذُ فِي أَهْلِ الشِّرْكِ، فَيَقُولُ: لَمْ أُرِدْ عَوْنَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَقَدِ اشْتَرَطُوا عَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَهُمْ ؟ فَكَرِهَ قَتْلَهُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ قَالَ: وَقَالَ حِينَئِذٍ لِعَطَاءٍ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ: إِذَا نَقَضَ شَيْئًا وَاحِدًا مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ فَقَدْ نَقَضَ الصُّلْحَ
