حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
لَا يَرِثُ الْأَسِيرُ فِي أَيْدِي الْعَدُوِّ
