حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ. وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ. وَعَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، وَعَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَجُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَالُوا:
الْإِمَامُ مُخَيَّرٌ فِي الْمُحَارِبِ
