حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
كَانَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ: إِذَا أَمِنَ [٢]الْمُحَارِبُ لَمْ يُؤْخَذْ بِشَيْءٍ كَانَ أَصَابَهُ فِي حَالِ حَرْبِهِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ شَيْئًا أَصَابَهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ
