حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ: لِوَرَثَتِهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَلَيْسَ لِأَهْلِ دِينِهِ شَيْءٌ
