حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَيَّارٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ الْفَقِيرُ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ: نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرٍ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ طَهُورًا [١]وَمَسْجِدًا، فَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَدْرَكَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ فَلْيُصَلِّ، وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي، وَأُعْطِيتُ الشَّفَاعَةَ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ يُبْعَثُ إِلَى قَوْمِهِ خَاصَّةً وَبُعِثْتُ إِلَى النَّاسِ عَامَّةً

I have been given five things that no one was given: I was made victorious through fear [cast into the enemy] a month's journey away; the earth was made for me a purifier [1] and a place of prayer, so whichever man of my Ummah is overtaken by the time of prayer, let him pray; the spoils of war were made lawful for me and were not lawful for anyone before me; I was given the intercession; and a prophet used to be sent to his own people only, while I was sent to all people.
