حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى مِيرَاثٍ، قَالَ: يَرِثُ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، وَفِي الْعَبْدِ يَعْتِقُ عَلَى مِيرَاثٍ، قَالَ: يَرِثُ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ
