حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ:
تُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْحَبَشَةِ، فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمِيرَاثِهِ، قَالَ: انْظُرُوا هَلْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ ؟ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: انْظُرُوا مَنْ هَا هُنَا مِنْ مُسْلِمِي الْحَبَشَةِ فَادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ مِيرَاثَهُ
