حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ:
إِذَا وَالَى رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ عَقْلُهُ
