حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ رُؤْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ:
تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثَةً: لَقِيطَهَا وَعَتِيقَهَا وَالْمُلَاعِنَةُ ابْنَهَا
