حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ:
الْمَنْبُوذُ حُرٌّ، فَإِنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوَالِيَ الَّذِي الْتَقَطَهُ وَالَاهُ، وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوَالِيَ غَيْرَهُ وَالَاهُ
