حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
اخْتَصَمَ عَلِيٌّ وَالزُّبَيْرُ فِي مَوْلًى لِصَفِيَّةَ إِلَى عُمَرَ، فَقَضَى عُمَرُ بِالْمِيرَاثِ لِلزُّبَيْرِ وَالْعَقْلِ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ
