حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً فَوَلَدَتْ ثُمَّ عُتِقَ الْعَبْدُ لِمَنْ وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ ؟ قَالَ: وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ لِأَهْلِ أُمِّهِمْ
