حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ:
لَا يُورَثُ الْمَوْلُودُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ
