سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الصَّبِيِّ يَكُونُ أَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ مُسْلِمًا ؟ قَالَا: هُوَ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِ، يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَيَرِثُهُ الْمُسْلِمُ
