حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
لَا يَرِثُ الرَّجُلَ غَيْرُ أَهْلِ مِلَّتِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ عَبْدَ رَجُلٍ أَوْ أَمَتَهُ
