حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
يَرِثُهُ إِذَا عَرَفَ مَوَالِيهِ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، وَإِنْ أَنْكَرَهُ [١]مَوَالِيهِ وَخَاصَمُوهُ لَمْ يَرِثْ
