حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ وَلِيَّهُ خَطَأً وَرِثَ مِنْ مَالِهِ، وَلَمْ يَرِثْ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ، وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ عَمْدًا لَمْ يَرِثْ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَلَا مِنْ دِيَتِهِ
