حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
وَلَدُ الزِّنَى وَوَلَدُ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ تَرِثُهُمَا أُمُّهُمَا وَأَخْوَالُهُمَا
