حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ بَسَّامٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا، وَأُمَّهَا، وَأَخَاهَا لِأَبِيهَا، وَجَدَّهَا: لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ، وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ سَهْمَانِ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ فِي قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ، وَفِي قَوْلِ عَبْدِ اللهِ: لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ وَلِلْأَخِ سَهْمٌ، وَإِنْ [١]كَانَا أَخَوَيْنِ [٢]أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ، فَلِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ، وَبَقِيَ سَهْمٌ فَهُوَ لِإِخْوَتِهِ فِي قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ
