حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِلْأَعْمَشِ: لِمَ سُمِّيَتِ الْأَكْدَرِيَّةَ ؟ قَالَ: طَرَحَهَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْأَكْدَرُ كَانَ يَنْظُرُ فِي الْفَرَائِضِ فَأَخْطَأَ فِيهَا فَسَمَّاهَا الْأَكْدَرِيَّةَ
