حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كُنْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَهُ فَأَدْرَكَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ عِنْدَ الصَّيَاقِلَةِ قَالَتْ: إِنَّ مَوْلَاتَكَ قَدْ مَاتَتْ فَخُذْ مِيرَاثَهَا، قَالَ: هُوَ لَكِ، قَالَتْ [١]: بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكَ فِيهِ، [قَالَ: ] [٢]أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ لِي لَمْ أَدَعْهُ لَكِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَمُحْتَاجٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَى تَوْرٍ يُصِيبُهُ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهَا، مِنْ خَمْسَةِ دَرَاهِمَ، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: مَا هَذِهِ مِنْهَا ؟ قَالَ: ابْنَةُ أُخْتِهَا لِأُمِّهَا
