حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ - قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ - قَالَ:
كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ - وَكَانَ قَاضِيًا - فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ ابْنَ أُخْتِي [١]مَاتَ وَلَمْ يَدَعْ وَارِثًا، فَكَيْفَ تَرَى فِي مَالِهِ ؟ قَالَ: انْطَلِقْ فَاقْبِضْهُ
