حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْكَنُودِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ:
أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي ابْنَةٍ وَمَوْلًى: أَعْطَى الْبِنْتَ النِّصْفَ، وَالْمَوْلَى النِّصْفَ
