حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِمَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ: الرَّجُلُ يُوصِي لِأُمِّ وَلَدِهِ ؟ قَالَ: هُوَ جَائِزٌ
