حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ قَالَ:
أَمْرُ الْوَصِيِّ جَائِزٌ إِلَّا فِي الرِّبَاعِ وَإِنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا لَمْ يُقَلْ
