فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ بِرِضًا مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ، فَلَمَّا مَاتَ أَنْكَرُوا ذَلِكَ، قَالَ: هُوَ جَائِزٌ عَلَيْهِمْ
