حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ قَالَ: قَالَ صِلَةُ بْنُ أَشْيَمَ:
رَأَيْتُ فِي النَّوْمِ كَأَنِّي فِي رَهْطٍ، وَكَأَنَّ رَجُلًا خَلْفِي مَعَهُ السَّيْفُ شَاهِرَهُ، قَالَ: كُلَّمَا أَتَى عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنَّا ضَرَبَ رَأْسَهُ فَوَقَعَ، ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فَيَعُودُ كَمَا كَانَ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلْتُ أَنْظُرُ مَتَى [١]يَأْتِي عَلَيَّ فَيَصْنَعُ بِي ذَاكَ، قَالَ: فَأَتَى عَلَيَّ فَضَرَبَ رَأْسِي فَوَقَعَ؛ فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى رَأْسِي حِينَ أَخَذْتُهُ أَنْفُضُ عَنْ شَفَتَيَّ [٢]التُّرَابَ، ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُ فَأَعَدْتُهُ كَمَا كَانَ
