حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ:
قُلْنَا لِطَلْقِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ: صِفْ لَنَا التَّقْوَى ؟ قَالَ: التَّقْوَى عَمَلٌ بِطَاعَةِ اللهِ، رَجَاءَ رَحْمَةِ اللهِ، عَلَى نُورٍ مِنَ اللهِ، وَالتَّقْوَى تَرْكُ مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ، مَخَافَةَ اللهِ، عَلَى نُورٍ مِنَ اللهِ
