[حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: ] حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ [اللهِ] بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْعَبْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حُكَيْمَةَ الْعَبْدِيِّ قَالَ:
كُنَّا نَكْتُبُ الْمَصَاحِفَ بِالْكُوفَةِ، فَيَمُرُّ عَلَيْنَا عَلِيٌّ وَنَحْنُ نَكْتُبُ فَيَقُومُ فَيَقُولُ: أَجِلَّ [٣]قَلَمَكَ، قَالَ: فَقَطَطْتُ، ثُمَّ كَتَبْتُ، فَقَالَ: هَكَذَا، نَوِّرُوا مَا نَوَّرَ اللهُ
