حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ لَا يَفْرِضُ إِلَّا لِمَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ أَبِي مِمَّنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَفَرَضَ لَهُ
