سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ الطَّعَامَ، أَوِ الْحِمَارَ مِنَ الصَّحْرَاءِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَطْعٌ
