سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ ؟ قَالَ: يُقْطَعُ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: لَا يُقْطَعُ
