حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ
كَانَا إِذَا سُئِلَا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقَعُ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ يَتْلُوَانِ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ ﴾﴿إِلا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ﴾
