حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى رَجُلٍ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، فَأَنْكَرَ وَأَقَرَّ بِغَشَيَانِ الْمَرْأَةِ، فَقَالَ: لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُخَاصِمٌ
